The Mt. Hop Freshmen ball club, had a very tough journey and experience this year making it to the final four. With no cuts and no tryouts, we went into the season with 11 guys, everyone stayed out of trouble and stayed focus knowing we had to become a better team, and get going as quick as we could. This year was the first time some of these kids played together on a team, but we became very good teammates and sticked together as a crew. We made the final four because we had some great leadership from coach Sawyer and coach Eli. Also our captian Trevor Henson led the team with good practices and hard working leadership. Everyone need to be proud of our accomplishments this year because we came a long way. The friendships we created and the love between this team should come a long way in the semifinals against Lasalle. With 11 guys we will give them a fight, all 30 of them. Hopefully we will bring this little town of Bristol a championship.
